How to Participate in Board Meetings

A detailed Board meeting agenda is available at the door or may be picked up in advance from the Superintendent's office on the Thursday prior to each meeting date.

Time is provided for audience members to make community announcements or address topics on the agenda during the audience announcements and communication section. After being recognized to speak, you will be asked to state your name and school or attendance area before making comments. Please limit your comments to two (2) minutes.

Persons wishing to formally address the Board should schedule their presentation in advance. See the formal presentations section for more information.
