When it comes to learning, home is where the best
start occurs. Young children learn best through active involvement with people
they love and trust: their parents and family! They also learn best when
repetition is frequent and in a secure environment: their home!
Activities for the Birth to Five
READY! for Kindergarten™ classes encourage parents
to talk, sing, read, and play with their child in simple ways that foster
essential pre-literacy, pre-math, and social-emotional skills. Age-appropriate
activities are designed to begin at birth and continue through age five. The
curriculum is based on current research and replicates what parents and
educators of successful students have done for years.
Classes are being offered at the Early Learning
Classes are FREE to families residing in the
Franklin Pierce School District.
Free limited childcare will be offered.
