Family Access Online Payments

Parents can make online payments from home or work, 24/7.   If their child’s meal account balance is low, it only takes a few minutes to add money to it using their VISA or MasterCard credit or debit card.  Payments are made through each student’s Skyward Family Access account. Once an account is created parents will have access to each of their student’s Skyward Family Access account through a dropdown box which will appear once you have logged in.  Only ONE user account will need to be created to access all students in a household.  

                                          Make A Payment
1st Setup an Online Prepayment Account:
Before you can make a payment all parent/guardians will need to request Skyward Login information by emailing parent/guardian’s full name (as it appears on student's enrollment information) and student(s) name(s)- First Name, Last Name, Middle Initial to  A username and password will be sent to the email account which submitted the request.  Please allow three to five business days for a reply. 

Once you receive your long-in information via email, simply click on Make A Payment and follow the instructions listed below on setting up a user account.

Family Access Online Meal Payment Instructions
•  Log-in (Remember to email for Family Access Login username and password)
•  Select "Food Service" from the "General Information" menu on the left
•  View balance and select "Make Online Payment"
•  Enter payment amount and select "Pay with RevTrak"
•  Verify payment amount and select "Go to Checkout

All online payment users will initially need to create a new customer account in Family Access in order to being making online payments.

•  Select "I am a new customer" and enter your email address.  If you are a returning customer "I am a returning customer" and enter your email address and password then select Sign In
•  Enter your Billing Information, Payment Information, and create a password.
•  Verify information for accuracy and select "Complete Order"
•  Payment will be processed and Receipt can be viewed, printed and will be emailed to your account you registered
•  Logout

**Credit Card information is not saved on Family Access accounts.  Payment information will need to be entered and completed for each online payment made.
